MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Complete the Membership Application.

2. Mail payment to SAMLA c/o Laura Kruszewski, 2445 N. Tucson Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85716 or pay online.
3. Upon receipt of your completed application and payment of dues your application will be presented to the Board of Directors for review and approval.
4. Membership is effective upon Board approval.
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Lender Member
Affiliate Member
Affiliate Membership defined as active Corporations or businesses engaged in service or related to the mortgage business. This would include insurance companies, appraisers, title & escrow companies, counselors, educators, investment trusts, pension funds and any similar institution-type organization.
Individual Member
Individual Membership is defined as either category of lender or affiliate businesses, applicable to one-person type operations, such as an insurance agent, appraiser, investment broker, Realtor, etc. This type of membership is for those that pay the fee from personal funds or reimbursed from their parent company or franchise.

For 2012, sn annual one-time $100.00 sponsorship will enable SAMLA to continue offering complimentary lunch plates to our speakers, and for discounted social networking mixer prices.
